Our Liberty Belle clinicians will customise a plan to suit your individual skin’s needs. All treatments can be used alone or combined with other treatments such as lasers for additional benefits, according to your skin type.

A typical exfoliating procedure takes around 30 minutes and for lighter peels patients can return to normal activities immediately. Following the DermaSweep™, it is important to maintain daily use of SPF 30+ sunscreen and any other home care that is prescribed to you. Sometimes patients experience mild shedding 2 to 4 days after their treatment as the new skin regenerates beneath the old.

How do I know which treatment is best for me?

Our trained clinicians will assess your skin and advise you on the most appropriate product and treatment for your particular condition or concern.

What does the treatment feel like?

DermaSweep is pain free and leaves the skin feeling smooth and refreshed on completion of the treatment. During the treatment there will be a cooling sensation due to the Epi Infusion component with no discomfort at all.

Are there any side effects?

After an exfoliating treatment there may be some slight redness or erythema which lasts a couple of hours. Mineral make-up can be applied post treatment to reduce the pink appearance. Some treatments may make your skin feel hot and tingly, subsiding after 1 – 2 hours. There may be some peeling or flaking after the treatment for a few days, however, once this resolves the skin is left refreshed and improved. You can resume your usual activities after a DermaSweep treatment.

How long will the results last?

The resulting refreshed and smoother skin is apparent immediately after treatment, and is further enhanced with medical strength skin care. These treatments can be done regularly to help maintain a healthy glow.
